It lacks flexibility and ease of use, as an identity provider. Were currently exploring options as we plan on replacing it in the future.

This platform solves our problem of managing customer identities. It enables us to simplify customer data enhance personalization and improve customer engagement.

There is nothing that I dislike gigya tool. It could be more user friendly and user interface could be better for the users and back end developers and team who uses

It is used to manage the customer identities and creating schemas to support the clients like Gsk Co integrated with Adobe experience manager . It can also be integrated with other tools

Its capacity to consolidate in one platform a single sign on solution, social login, distributed data centres to adhere specific local legislations, full traceability for audit vault and compliance on data protection (I.e Gdpr).
Decent capacity on progress profiling.

**What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?**

Being a SAP product is not cheap, certain integrations may require some complexity so you need tech support. Watch-out the plug-in library and evaluate pros and cons of using the standard connectors.

To consolidate under one roof all registration and logins among the different company websites and apps, in a secure and compliant way and integrating with the rest of the ecosystem CRM, Marketing Automation, E-Commerce...

**What do you like best about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?**

It could be helpful in case you need to collect a huge amount of data about your user. Data such as custmer's organizations, lead source, marketing consent, subscriptions. But I do not recommend to use it.

**What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?**

It's clunky and buggy. API is a mess. You have to use relatively heavy third-party scripts to use it. Our team had a lot of issues with performance. The interface is ugly, and it's very hard to find any information. Integration with Salesforce is failing all the time.

**What problems is Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using this tool as an identity provider in our application. It works for now, but to be honest, we are looking for an alternative, as we want to replace it as soon as possible.

That its support is provided by the company SAP. This conveys confidence as it is a company recognized internationally. In my country, Colombia, most companies use this software.

What I don't like about Gigya's customer identity management platform are the transaction costs for its use, and also that it is not easy to download the software.

Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform solves SAP customer identity issues, and also helps to store consent records and customer privacy, allowing to provide market trust with secure data control, while generating trust and protecting your business.

Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform is a powerful CIAM tool with multi layered access and authorization extensibility. Features such as ECPM, RaaS etc. with different federation policies provide a seamless Customer Experience.

The B2B console comes up with some limited functionalities with which user may struck to create a organizational hierarchy with multiple policies associated. That is where tool can improve and provide a full fledged seamless implememtation for B2B consumers as well.

It's giving a seamless user interaction with cross platform integrations scenarios which gives the enriched user profile and provide boost in revenue for different businesses.

Very flexible and user friendly CIAM platform. Designed to help with User Experience but having the backbones to fully customize it with APIs and SDK

Gigya is offered as part of SAP Customer Data Cloud. SAP Gigya is an amazing CIAM (customer identity and access managemen) solution with features such as social login, user registration, and customer profile management. 
We have integrated SMC ( SAP Marketing cloud) with Gigya and it offers near real-time permission-based customer profiling

**What do you dislike about Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform?**

SAP Gigya offers many integration options which is a nice thing but it also means that the product can become pretty complex to manage. And in order to make full use of the product, it has to be integrated with other applications.

**What problems is Gigya Customer Identity Management Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For one one of the e-commerce websites, we wanted to sync the customers with SAP Marketing Cloud. SAP Gigya helped us here to keep all our customer information up to date in all our connected systems
