What do you like best about GetResponse?

The customer service is bar none. They are responsive, friendly, and patient with their responses, and I always resolve my issue efficiently.

But I also love the easy-to-use interface. I also love the features that allow me to grow into the platform as my customers' sophistication grows.

It's affordable, keeping it accessible for small businesses.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

Sometimes I wish there were more options within the "..." (elipses) button. There are a couple times when you have to go to another screen to find more buttons/options (e.g., export), when you think it should live under the elipses button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GetResponse?

The Ease of Use is a standout; it has an intuitive, self-explanatory interface that allows even new users to easily create and send effective newsletters. For our setup, the Ease of Implementation and Frequency of Use are important, as we act as an agency for our cooperative clients, each with its own sub-account under our Master Account. This structure is ideal, giving each team the independence to manage their newsletters while letting us oversee and assist as needed. The contact management and segmentation tools are another high point—they make organizing, updating, and fine-tuning lists simple. The Customer Support team is also highly responsive, which has been valuable as we continue to integrate GetResponse MAX’s Number of Features into our operations. What do you dislike about GetResponse?

It would be beneficial to have a cross-account template-sharing function, allowing us to apply the same templates across multiple accounts and improve our workflow. - having a legacy and a new page editor is something akward and means some limitations

What do you like best about GetResponse?

I love that so many of the features I want are here in this one platform.

The reason I switched to GetResponse was a combination of falling in LOVE with the sales funnel functionality and the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GetResponse?

After getting into GR I found that the sales funnel functionality is on their old website and email editor and it doesn't seem to be a priority to update which bewilders me since EVERYONE is talking about how online business owners need a funnel. Instead they're adding a course platform and I get it everyone is talking about that, too. But I'd love to see your current functionality be amazing and updated before adding more. There's not a lot that I dislike. One thing that would be really valuable is the ability to manage client accounts from one single login. As is, I have to keep different accounts for myself and different clients. I'd like to be able to switch between the accounts at ease rather than login separately.
