The fact that you can harvest and enrich LinkedIn profiles across multiple search pages of a search query on LinkedIn. Also the fact that you can segment your harvested contacts into lists. The import of CSV files is really great when you want to upload existing contacts. And perhaps the killer feature here is that you can work with your colleagues forming a team in GP.

It's a browser plugin and it requires your browser to be open. Sometimes it can be resource-hungry when having multiple tabs open. Somewhat more of a personal dislike is the use of Zapier. Getprospect has a very easy to use UI and helps extract email addresses from Linkedin profiles. It is great for building prospect lists that can be used by Sales teams and/or Data Quality teams. Sometimes, Getprospect is not able to pull email addresses from LinkedIn profiles and it gets a bit frustrating when there is only one person from a company whose email address you need but Getprospect is not able to get it. On rare occasion emails/phone numbers don't always show up and you need to do some digging but this doesn't happen frequently. Since this sits on top of Linkedin it really depends on what that Linkedin user has on their profile for personal information or if they have it updated to professional contact info.
