What do you like best about Aleph?

I love the customer service. It's super hands-on, and the attitude is fantastic, always super positive. There’s never a problem too big to solve. We get early access to new features, and the team takes feedback on board really well, turning around fixes or new product features and enhancements very quickly. "Aleph Delivers Seamless Reporting and Support - Highly recommend!"

What do you like best about Aleph?

Aleph is an incredible tool that surfaces not only financial data, but also your other software system's data in a single place. I am using Aleph on a daily basis to answer ad hoc questions & requests to other key stakeholders on my team. We are using Aleph to build a holistic reporting environment and the dashboarding capabilities have really reduced the time it takes to generate our monthly reporting packages.

The purchase experience was incredibly smooth. We ran an integration with Aleph out of our ERP as part of the demo process - and despite being skeptical - they were able to deliver and I was impressed before purchase. Post-purchase, there was no additional implementation needed, it ran great out of the box. What do you dislike about Aleph?

Aleph is super strong in spreadsheets and actuals. I wish there were some ways to create standard objects in the dashboards based on the data that I'm integrating into Aleph. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aleph solving and how is that benefiting you?

Aleph helps me answer a ton of ad hoc analyses and requests. It's helped me "publish" financial data to the rest of my organization and gives me a destination to serve as the single source of truth of financial data. My entire accounting team is using Aleph as well. We have saved a ton of time on monthly reporting packages and automated dashboards have saved a ton of time as well. What do you like best about Aleph?

What I like about Aleph is the intuitive nature of the application. It has helped us evolve our data analytics very much. The customer service has also been great. The team is very responsive and always finds solutions to our problems. The implementation process was also fast and seamless. That was a big priority on our end. What do you like best about Aleph?

Implementation was super fast! We had Aleph connected to Sage Intacct within days and were able to run a budget reforecast in the same week. Customer service has been top notch - helping us debug any issues or adding new features we've requested.

"Easy to implement and easy to use tool, with great value-add to FP&A"

What do you like best about Aleph?

Aleph is a very intuitive tool that allows all of your ERPs to be pulled from a single source. It has simplified and streamlined my month close process, BvA analysis, and ad hoc capabilities. I also really like that Aleph is an excel add-in, meaning I didn't have to dedicate a ton of time to implement the tool or rework my existing processes, and it's very easy to use for anyone familiar with excel. What do you dislike about Aleph?

Such as with any new or existing tool, there are the occasional bugs, but these are very minimal and quickly resolved by the Aleph team. What do you like best about Aleph?

I appreciate how easy Aleph was to implement—our team successfully synced it with our ERP system in just 15 minutes. The platform’s flexibility in creating and modifying dimensions within each table is a major advantage. Transitioning from our previous forecasting system and dashboarding tools was smooth and straightforward. The learning curve is minimal; after watching the instructional videos, I was able to use Aleph independently. What do you like best about Aleph?

Aleph provides a highly flexible and user-friendly platform for FP&A tasks - was up and running in less than a month. It seamlessly integrates with our data sources and allows for easy configuration of any data modelling needs for reporting. The ability to use their web app, excel or google sheets to access data means reporting is truly fully customizable and easy to manage. It genuinely adapts to the way we work, rather than forcing us to adapt to the software. This has made our financial reporting and planning process more efficient and data-driven. Their customer support is always very helpful and the pace of product innovation and new feature roll-out is extremely encouraging. I don't see myself using another FP&A tool ever again.
