Get Accept is easy to use and great for contracts. I use it several times per week to send contracts to customers. Using the contract templates I have made I can create and send a contract to a customer in approximately 5-10 minutes. One problem we have encountered is that contracts don't get divided into pages until all parties have signed the contract and the final document is sent to the signers by GetAccept. This has been a problem for us with one of our clients that requires that the signers initial at the bottom of each page and that each page of the contract be numbered. In the contract module, we would like to be able to adjust the document to a greater extent after sending (before signing), for example, attachments cannot be adjusted at all after sending. We would also like to be able to adjust recipients, for example, remove a recipient or change the recipient's role after sending. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that GetAccept saves us time because we can send out our offers directly in our CRM, thanks to their great integration. The reports feature is something I really like, as it allows us to see the hit rate and which products we send out the most. There are some bugs with Pipedrive. Sometimes we have to uninstall and install it to get access in Pipedrive. When sending out our offers through GetAccept in Pipedrive, it can't load merge tags, so we uninstall the integration and download it again. This happens about 5 times a week. The latest update has unfortunately made some parts of the workflow less smooth. For example, having to scroll down to remove something feels unnecessarily cumbersome. The implementation is very simple. And the product is highly customisable. We can set up at the back end to make things easier for the users and keep things consistent. The automation also helps us populate the value of some fields with the information the client provides to us. This reduced some manual processes for our team. The client support is very helpful. When an internal approver approves the document, the document cannot be edited if the client wants to make any modifications. But it's fairly common that the client wants to make further changes when they receive the document. We will need to create a new version and send the new version to the client. GetAccept is a flexible, user-friendly e-signature platform that has significantly streamlined our quotation management and contract-signing processes. I find the tracking of customer interaction in GetAccept really useful. It allows me to see when they open a document, when they review it, and how long they've spent on each page. This information is helpful to get an idea of the sales intent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The template design interface is still a bit clunky. The design interface is a bit limited in terms of selecting colors, fonts, etcetera. The way that it mixes PDFs with editor-designed content produces a single PDF where the page sizes come out differently. The product library is very limited unless you upgdrade at a significant cost.
