Geek Support is literally our IT department. As a small business we depend on having a reliable IT team that can be reached when we need them.

What do you like best about Geek Support?

The team at Geek Support! Their knowledge and service is exceptional! When you call them there is no dumb question where they are concerned. They are always courteous, patient and go above and beyond to solve any problem regardless how big or small. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Geek Support?

The only downside is that I can not reach them on the weekend, but that is probably a good thing. It forces me to take the weekend and have a healthy work, life balance. :-) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For years I tried to wear all of the hats in our company. If you knew me this is laughable. I am not tech savvy at all, but more than others in our company. I was being asked to fixed problems that were beyond my scope of expertise, let alone comprehend. So, I did the smartest thing ever and found Geek Support. Matt contacted me immediately and confidentally explained their service, the benefit of working with this american based company and the benefit of working with their highly skilled 4 man team. I was instantly sold and it has been a beautiful relationship ever since. Within days, the team on-boarded our staff members and we were up and running. We call them for the simplest of things to much more complicated issues (complicated to me, lol!). Nevertheless, the Geek Squad is always eager to help us with any situation that arises. They are helping us in many areas, but at the present they are digitally organizing us! As a company we are in need of everything being in one place. What do you like best about Geek Support?

I like the fact that they are available they're online chat by phone or by email in case anything or any issues come into play or action while online if I feel like I have any questions that I want to ask or inquire about I just curious about I can always email them or simply get in the chat when I go on the website I also like the secure and smooth support and customer satisfaction that they give and it's good for my Chromebook whenever she misses something or I'm not sure contact The Geek Squad just to make sure I like that and they're very nice and understanding and willing to work with me!! I will save you considering the geek support don't second guess yourself if you can afford it go for it it won't hurt and it's very worth it it's the Geeks quiet if you have any issues with your computers Windows or Chromebook MacBook they are located inside of Best Buy if you can't get to your local Best Buy there are many various ways to get in touch with them if you have any issues problems concerns or security VPN configurations in a Securities and things of that nature!!!! Geek support is solving your security system issues such as detections removal of viruses prevent your maintenance VPN configurations for employees who either work at home or in the office to make sure they stay connected productive and secure during and while working on the internet. They're benefiting me they are available when I need them is it right from or by email they are also available for online chat support services and I love that they a great support team for the elimination of viruses spyware malware security they're very strong on security and everything runs smoothly when speaking with them and dealing with them they are really cutting the edge and there's no contract you have to Tied down to gain their Great,Secure,"Available when you need them!!" support services and that's beneficial to me!!
