First up, admittedly I'm a fanboi. Gearset makes it far easier to keep things clear and straight when moving from one environment to another. This helpful especially when you need to turn something around fast.
Rolling back deployments is a win, too.
Being able to integrate with Git repos and create your own devops process, including CI/CD is amazing.

Incredibly intuitive interface to stage your deployment, the pre-deployment assessments are very helpful. I will never go back to deploying components via Salesforce change sets again. Ease of use. CI\CD setup for Salesforce can be daunting but Gearset makes it easy. Gearsets knowledge base is great and is updated frequently. There was also plenty of support from our accunt exec. It was very easy to integrate into our existing org structure. The comparison feature is worth its weight in gold. Being able to comapre orgs to repos is invaluable for us.
