Gearset provides a fairly comprehensive suite of tools for processing Salefsorce metadata. We especially like that it can handle CPQ data/metadata. Their pipeline feature, while still somewhat new, is impressive and was quickly adopted by our teams. What's very impressive is the responsiveness and engagement from their team regarding feature requests, problems, etc. I've had direct, live, and very helpful conversations that I've rarely seen from other companies. Incredibly intuitive interface to stage your deployment, the pre-deployment assessments are very helpful. I will never go back to deploying components via Salesforce change sets again.
