What do you like best about GatherUp?

This program has helped me greatly by giving direct client/customer feedback in a comfortable manner. There is no better way to improve business than by hearing directly from those who it is impacting. Additionally, the company is great about rolling out new improvements and features frequently so I always feel up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about GatherUp?

Sometimes I have to dig around with settings to find simple features, not sure if this is a tactic to get users to explore different features but it is off-putting at times. Maybe it is the downside to frequent updates. Additionally, I would prefer to pay up front versus monthly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
