What do you like best about Gamifier?

The flexibility means that I can apply it depending on what we, as a team, need and also avoid monotony. The onboarding was easy, and if there is any question, the customer support team assists when asked to do so. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gamifier?

The analytics dashboard is quite disappointing compared to that of some of the other competitors. I cannot quickly see whether certain issues or points are affecting sales conduct or win percentages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Gamifier?

It was easy to deploy many of Gamifier’s automated game mechanics such as goals and challenges. We have integrated it with our old CRM and this saved a lot of time; the sales people found it fun to be competitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gamifier?

The problem here is that Gamifier’s challenges and rewards are totally set and they cannot be adapted to be as specific for our team as we need. We do have a rather diverse staff in the sales department and what I would like is to be able to match the tasks set to the likes of each of the employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Gamifier solving and how is that benefiting you?

Gamifier has given out a positive attitude to the team spirit and a spirit of competition among the sales team. What do you like best about Gamifier?

What do you like best about Gamifier?

When using Gamifier I can easily adapt the gamification and encourage the right behaviors our particular sales team appeals to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gamifier?

It could use improvement in terms of the reporting and analytical instruments it offers. Without this deeper level of data, it becomes very difficult even to build the experience around the game to get the maximum benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The competitiveness can get the best of you with Gamifier, so you lose track of what you were originally intending to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Generating more pipeline. I was motivated to add more contacts and leads. It also assisted in sales cycles, I was competitive with coworkers about getting the shortest cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
