From a SaaS company perspective, I love the Buyer Intent capabilities from the G2 Marketing Solutions. So many people use G2 to vet their SaaS tech stack buying decisions that having intent data from G2 is a no-brainer. Everything is easy to use, and I appreciate the new integrations that allow us to implement G2's data into Marketo. Pricing for G2 Marketing Solutions can get a little pricey. It may not be the right fit for every company. Sometimes I also wish there was a human from G2 customer support I could talk to 24/7 for questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Using G2 has given me the ability to increase brand awareness through ads and badges. I have used Capterra's PPC platform, and it was very expensive with no measurable results. With G2, I can see who has engaged with my ad, who is in the market, and what software they are comparing. This makes it very useful for our sales team to use in their outreach. Its packed with lots of content to reshape and create a story with for social media. It is also laced with content we use in our email marketing. Its all very easy to use. G2 is one of the most popular platforms for reviewing different software and services. Whether you need to compare or contrast various products or need details on the specificities and features of a product, G2 has everything you need to know. As an administrator, I like that I can add in details of our product, provide photos, videos, and a product tour! There's so many cool integrations that help us attract more buyers and get more awareness for our platform.

I really like that we can get very insightful data on prospective buyers seeking out to buy our kind of product offerings and also understand how they are interacting with the general product categories, or our specific profile and competitors. Also the implementation and integration to Hubspot is super nice, we can build vsrious workflows on the various intent data to help our sales and marketing team focus on high intent companies. Finally the customer success and support team are very helpful, always checking to help us get the most value. Most of the data are on the company level, you can get a general location of where the signals are coming from, but it's kind of a guess work narrowing it down to which specific contacts from that location to engage, I think that's where your buyer personas come in play, but will be best to get both if possible. On top of all the reviews and reports and other features they offer, it's been an incredibly valuable for gaining real product ux and customer experience feedback. The mix of qualitiative and quantitative data you can extract from g2 can provide endless value if you pay attention to it and get creative with how you put it all to use.

Our account manager is very responsive and great to work with. The UI is very easy to use and we check it often, if not every day. The integration was very simplisitic and we had no hiccups with the implementation, which as the GTM system admin for our org, was a huge plus! I really appreciate that buyers have a place to go to gain insights on not only our product offerrings but our competitors allowing businesses to make informed decisions on a vendor they so choose to select. It can be challenging when reviews don't make quality standards and are not published, it also can be challenging when we people post anonymously and the feedback is not in our favor OR is really good feedback as a product led growth company we'd love to speak with these folks in more depth and better understand the good, the bad and the ugly. It is super easy to get started with G2 - the team helps with creating campaign links etc. The whole process is quite straightforward and seamless. I've been able to scale our review engine (taking over from someone before me) within months, with an easy learning curve. There are many features but I'm yet to explore them all. A lot of reviews get rejected for the flimsiest reasons, but then the whole USP is REAL user reviews so it makes sense that they would reject suspicious reviews.
