G2 gives us direct visibility into who’s actively engaging with our brand, which is incredibly valuable for prioritizing outbound outreach. It would be useful for general people viewing the site to be able to see the same information available as to the customers with businesses being reviewed, for example competitor comparison which shows not only the average rating but also the specifics for customer satisfaction scoring. It is solely the number of reviews that stops our company from being number 1 in our industry as every other satisfaction score is higher than all competitors, but for an outsider their higher scores would indicate more satisfaction with the software.
The admin side of the site is also a little difficult to use and sometimes confusing as the campaign balance, remaining balance and current balance all show different things, so more clarity on this would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
G2 helps software buyers understand the best products for different product categories with their category-wise ranking and grids. G2's strong SEO ensures that they almost always show up as the top search result usually when we are searching for the best products for the solution we are looking for - so this is a good space for our business to invest time and effort in to improve our leadership positions in different product categories.

Our Customer Success Manager is amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. I also love how simple it is to set up incentivized review campaigns. It’s such a great way to connect with our audience, get their feedback, and build social proof. It was really a breeze to get started and I login on a near daily basis to respond to reviews of manage the back end of our profile. I also love that there is an integration with Pendo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Upgrading our G2 Marketing Solutions gave us the flexibility to promote StockIQ with features such as pricing, screenshots, and videos.
I love the ability to log in and see at a glance how StockIQ is performing, the Dashboard gives me that ability. The dashboard is a way to see my total number of customer reviews, I also like the ability to track prospects under Buyer Activity. Before we upgraded we did not have this feature. G2 makes it so easy for us to gather unbiased feedback about our organization. Beyond collecting amazing badges, I really appreciate the back end view of what a variety of customers/users think about our featuresets and an in-depth look at how we rank against our competitors. We compile a quarterly report of this data in order to stay close to this data.
I also like being able to see which prospects are investigating our company so we can approach them proactively.
The reviews are easy to gather, the badges are easy to implement and the data is easy to consume.
