The worst customer experience ever! Stay away! I purchased an annual subscription by accident (never happened to me before though I have purchased apps for 15 years). They refused to refund me. This is the worst customer service experience I had in my life. I spent 240 euros on something I didn't want and need. If you want to support a company that is making money on the back of people's mistakes, go for it. When I canceled my subscription to make sure they would not charge me in 1 year, they downgraded me to a free account, though there are 11 months of paid subscription. When I asked about it, they said that people usually delete their account after they cancel their subscription, which is why they downgrade it. It's really simple to use. Has exactly what we need without any extra "frill" that would just confuse you. You can create as many quizes, surveys, polls, etc. as you want and also collect lead info, as well as immediately follow up with the user via email. you receive an immediate notification when somebody completes it and it also integrates with some CRM software via Zapier. I'd like the name field to be split into "first name" and "last name" as opposed to just the one "name" field, and I think there could be better "search" functionality in the back office to navigate the quizes, etc. that you have created. One of the best things about Fyrebox is that it has several templates for almost all the categories possible. We can use those templates for creating quizzes or we can create our custom quizzes as well. Another fire thing about Fyrebox is Its interactive results. Not much to dislike but as a Free version user, I faced a few issues such as not complete integration and lack of image quizzes. But as a scope of improvement, they can provide google analytics with a standard version because the cost is not so cheap for an individual user so this much is expected.
