Their software suite is the icing on the cake when it comes to gathering feedback from your customers but more importantly, understanding and quantifying the data into the voice of the consumer. The Fryzno Survey Tool is extremely easy to setup and very customizable. Really great that NPS, Likert scales, and smiley, star ratings, etc. can be utilizes, unlike other survey tools on the market.

It is also very easy to share survey results across social media and email.
