Top Rated Fuze Alternatives

I like the simplicity, intuitiveness, and reliability of Fuze the most. I also really like the fact that Fuze numbers can also be used as real phone numbers. While this capability is available on many other platforms (e.g. Skype for Business), the layout of Fuze's phone calling feature is particularly intuitive and easy to use.
Fuze's video conferencing capabilities are what you would expect. The layout, once again, is very intuitive, and dare I say customer-centric - it's as if the designer was thinking all along how a user would use this tool at every turn.
Perhaps the biggest advantage of Fuze is it's reliability. I have never actually had it fail once, which is more than I can say for other video platforms I've used in the past.
Last, I think that the bright colors are a nice touch in an otherwise colorless enterprise environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was more integration with Microsoft tools right from the get-go. You can only really get this with Skype for Business. There is an extension for Outlook, though, which makes adding Fuze to an Outlook meeting really simple (literally click one button). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have had multiple issues with others being able to get connected, we've had sound issues where sometimes the person can't be heard, we've had video issues where cameras won't turn on, etc. Doesn't seem very great for people who are invited to a meeting that have never used it before - sometimes it will take vendors 20 minutes to figure out how to join. It has a whiteboard feature which is very helpful during my meeting demonstrations and collaborations.
It suits the number of indiviudals who join meetings in my organisation since it can handle 1,000 participants in meetings.
It has a seamless integration with popular cloud storage solutions like Dropbox and Box and I usually use the feature because of easy it is to use and how secure my files have always been in DropBox to share files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unlike most products in its category, it does not have a function of call lists export which I find very useful whenever I am migrating from one device to the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Well the only thing that I could said I've had issues with. Will be the notification system, sometimes I get the notifications late, I assume that also has to do with my internet connection... not sure. Other than that I think is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fuze has a great back-end telephony system, which has met nearly all requirements from the business in terms of user settings, call flows, queue management as well as reporting. The user interface on Fuze Desktop is simple to use, effective and clear in what it does. The support team is helpful and prompt in dealing with queries and issues. Feature requests can often take a while to implement, meaning Fuze can at times get stuck playing catch up to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing, unhappy with every level of service within their company Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-Service is glitchy; issues happen for no reason
-The products have unforeseen issues when implemented and do work as described
-The portal is hard to use
-Service requests have been unresolved for months
-The app is horrible
-Every fix to a problem is a workaround
-Billing is convoluted and hard to read Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Simplicity, nice layout, intuitive navigation.
There are less issues with time so I believe most problems were addressed and solution was found.
I like sharing screen options and updates withouth extra validation from the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Once there is a network issue users stays without alternative to contact us via app, they have to search other forms of contact like private phones and they often dont have saved numbers.
Sometimes I experience also login issue on the app itself, it will keep rolling over and over and not log you in when the password is set with SSO option, this makes us to set the separate password for users and some of them are not happy that rest of the users loggs in automatically with system pass, ot even typing it in anymore and those unlucky ones have to type in a separate password. Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre.
Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs.

I think only the way the queues are displayed. I wish there were a way to have a split-window within that screen so you're able to view multiple queues on one screen. The current method is to 'pop out' the queues and have them displayed as individual windows but the issue with this is you lose the ability to screen calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It provides us with features and tools that Microsoft Teams does not have.
We can host webinars with a large number of attendees with no hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The interface on both the app and the browser seems spartan, lacks flair or artistic design.
Some of the features are hidden behind links that are not related to what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
