What do you like best about Fuze?

I like the simplicity, intuitiveness, and reliability of Fuze the most. I also really like the fact that Fuze numbers can also be used as real phone numbers. While this capability is available on many other platforms (e.g. Skype for Business), the layout of Fuze's phone calling feature is particularly intuitive and easy to use.

Fuze's video conferencing capabilities are what you would expect. The layout, once again, is very intuitive, and dare I say customer-centric - it's as if the designer was thinking all along how a user would use this tool at every turn.

Perhaps the biggest advantage of Fuze is it's reliability. I have never actually had it fail once, which is more than I can say for other video platforms I've used in the past.

Last, I think that the bright colors are a nice touch in an otherwise colorless enterprise environment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

I wish there was more integration with Microsoft tools right from the get-go. You can only really get this with Skype for Business. There is an extension for Outlook, though, which makes adding Fuze to an Outlook meeting really simple (literally click one button). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

Consider this if you are looking for a lightweight and very reliable solution for audio/video conferencing and collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problems we have solved are 1) having remote meetings and 2) collaboration with other stakeholders during meetings. Fuze has done superbly in this, not failing even once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

I like that the program generates a simple link when creating a meeting invitation, along with a call-in number if you don't plan to join via computer. I like that you can change the screen view to different tiles, determine which images are larger, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

We have had multiple issues with others being able to get connected, we've had sound issues where sometimes the person can't be heard, we've had video issues where cameras won't turn on, etc. Doesn't seem very great for people who are invited to a meeting that have never used it before - sometimes it will take vendors 20 minutes to figure out how to join. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

We switched to Fuze to have an option for virtual meetings with the pandemic. It has allowed us to be able to continue meetings and still see faces in lieu of in-person meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

It has a whiteboard feature which is very helpful during my meeting demonstrations and collaborations.

It suits the number of indiviudals who join meetings in my organisation since it can handle 1,000 participants in meetings.

It has a seamless integration with popular cloud storage solutions like Dropbox and Box and I usually use the feature because of easy it is to use and how secure my files have always been in DropBox to share files. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

Unlike most products in its category, it does not have a function of call lists export which I find very useful whenever I am migrating from one device to the other. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

This is a very helpful product I would recommend its whole package and the collaboration tools are very intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its screen sharing feature has solved the problem to do with remote troubleshooting whenever help is needed in my organization, team members will login to assist in any way possible using the screen sharing feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

I use fuze every day at work, I chat with my colleagues, call them and video them all the time. Always work great! My favorite tool is the search option where you can see something said before and be able to sort it out with the work and the person or group you got the message from, it is almost impossible to forget something, if you know the key word, how said it, it's going to pop up! The friendly front end it's amazing you can set a profile, check your audio and mic! I highly recommend this app! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

Well the only thing that I could said I've had issues with. Will be the notification system, sometimes I get the notifications late, I assume that also has to do with my internet connection... not sure. Other than that I think is a great tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

It is a good tool and I highly recommend it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Since I work from home is hard sometimes to get in touch with someone fast. The easy access to fine a team memeber chat I think is my favorite part. I can send text anytime and usually with fast response and since you can see the status or disposition of each memeber makes it better, you automatically know if that person will get back to you soon or not.

Also it's great when you get a message from my manager in the group team and be able to "like" the message to acknowledge it, makes it easier for them to really know who read it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

Fuze has a great back-end telephony system, which has met nearly all requirements from the business in terms of user settings, call flows, queue management as well as reporting. The user interface on Fuze Desktop is simple to use, effective and clear in what it does. The support team is helpful and prompt in dealing with queries and issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

Feature requests can often take a while to implement, meaning Fuze can at times get stuck playing catch up to other vendors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fuze reporting has helped significantly with pulling data clients are requesting from us, something we never had in detail from previous providers. Having an all in 1 unified comms product has not only helped users realise all tools are available at their fingertips but also helped our internal IT team with management of other tools, which Fuze has now replaced. What do you like best about Fuze?

Simplicity, nice layout, intuitive navigation.

There are less issues with time so I believe most problems were addressed and solution was found.

I like sharing screen options and updates withouth extra validation from the admin. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

Once there is a network issue users stays without alternative to contact us via app, they have to search other forms of contact like private phones and they often dont have saved numbers.

Sometimes I experience also login issue on the app itself, it will keep rolling over and over and not log you in when the password is set with SSO option, this makes us to set the separate password for users and some of them are not happy that rest of the users loggs in automatically with system pass, ot even typing it in anymore and those unlucky ones have to type in a separate password. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

There are few admin websites, which is bit confusing, when to use portal, hub or Fuze Community.

This of course doesnt concert a regular user, just an administrator. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it for admin work for other Fuze users.

I noticed improving help services, both with time manner and quality.

Before I was waiting a lot for the resolution even though responses were comming in timely manner.

Now both, replies and resolutions of the issues is delivered pretty fast. I believe customer service is trained betterand also some of managers are longer with the company and aware of more issues, features and tricks how to solve many of them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

Many things, the ability to be able to monitor call queues within the program directly as well as the ability to see all active/inactive users at one time. It creates a very transparent environment for when you're working in a busy call centre.

Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs.

Also from a managers point of view, being able to easily screen calls from the software in realtime for auditing purposes is a must. Helps with all our KPI needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

I think only the way the queues are displayed. I wish there were a way to have a split-window within that screen so you're able to view multiple queues on one screen. The current method is to 'pop out' the queues and have them displayed as individual windows but the issue with this is you lose the ability to screen calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous phone system was unable to work in realtime. All the data and information was received after the call had finished. We were unable to see who an agent was talking to or how long until they had finished the call. We were unable to see queue numbers such as calls waiting, transfers and so on. The way Fuze makes it easy to get that information quickly in the software itself has been a huge benefit for us. And the way the Fuze Portal works for maintaining agents, sounds and calendars make the process a breeze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

It provides us with features and tools that Microsoft Teams does not have.

We can host webinars with a large number of attendees with no hiccups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

The interface on both the app and the browser seems spartan, lacks flair or artistic design.

Some of the features are hidden behind links that are not related to what you are looking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

I would recommend this platform to anyone looking to improve their web conferencing experience. The webinar function has improved the quality of our town hall meetings and it has proven stable and reliable. Other than a few minor tweaks to the interface it does what it promises. The phone app and outlook add ins are a bonus. My end users like that they can answer calls from anywhere on their pc or smartphone and don't have to give out their personal number or information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Fuze allows us to host Town Halls without users interfering with the presentation. I can mute everyone and turn off their cameras to avoid noise, chatter, and distractions. We are able to record our meetings and then upload to our Sharepoint site or corporate intranet.

So far we have not reached the limit of possible users like in Teams. When using the phone interface the add in allows you to follow up with emails or meetings in outlook.

It's a handy way to manage contacts without copying and pasting numbers into your outlook contacts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some best points about fuze

- It is user friendly

- international calling at low price ( ie i recently used for $14 / per month , unlimited calling, screen share )

- Cellular call back feature when you have slow internet and need to join the meeting.

- call quality is great

- sharing presentation , whiteboard is easy

- creating normal fuze account for employee who don't need any phone number is free of cost

- administration via hub.fuze.com is so easy , Admin can easily enable / disable user, change phone number, view billing and cost center

- app is available in windows, android and ios

we have moved from skpe for business dial pad to fuze and our employees liked this fuze app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

android app is little heavy it slows down your phone,

Fuze app in windows 10 also consumes more RAM when running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

i believe this is better than skype for business dial pad Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Its very rare we get issue with fuze, one rare issue which we came across was when user try to call another international number he gets a call back from another number and the voip call won't connect, for this we usually change the phone number from hub.fuze.com or change users location from admin portal.

i believe this is some voip restrictions across countries not fuze. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Fuze?

I think I like it because it is easy to navigate and make things work. Connects the phone system with it, and its all done easily. Has made working from home an easy move. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Fuze?

Fuze has alot of errors, things tend to break easily. System will malfunction for no reason and IT works on it a lot it seems like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Fuze:

It's a great program- makes things easy and accessible and it's definitely USER friendly pretty easy to navigate on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Fuze solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to use the system without having an actual phone hookup which has allowed our transition home to work from home due to COVID pretty smooth. Minus a few problems, any other system I feel would have had more issues. This can all be fixed remotely. Which is 100% necessary when working from home. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
