1) Fundly suspended my campaign after donations were made without an explanation.
2) There is no customer support. Emails went unanswered

If it worked well it's nice that people can just enter the amount they want to donate all from the comfort of their own couch. A one-time donation typically works fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It only allows the donor to set up their donation on the exact day that they're doing it. They are not able to forward date a monthly donation. Therefore if you want a monthly donation to come out on the 5th of every month you HAVE to donate on the 5th and then set it up as monthly. It also continually glitches and does not set up "monthly" as monthly. It continually only goes through as a "one time gift" when the donors click monthly. This has caused quite a bit of frustration with donors and the loss of some support, understandably.
