The Territory Planning and Management module is very easy to learn, implement and use. It helps remove substantial manual work that typically comes with managing Territories such as ad-hoc adjustments and assignment changes. What's more, Fullcast's customer support and account management is excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lead routing module is not as easy to use as Territory management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Fullcast.io is its ability to provide a comprehensive, all-in-one solution for Go-to-Market (GTM) planning and sales operations management. By consolidating multiple functions and tools into a single platform, Fullcast.io makes it easier for companies to manage their GTM strategy and sales operations in one place. Fullcast.io uses AI-driven scenario modeling to help companies make better business decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fullcast.io is a powerful platform with many features, and as a result, it may take some time to learn and navigate. This could be a disadvantage for smaller companies with limited resources or teams that are new to GTM planning. Fullcast.io is a premium platform, and its pricing may be prohibitive for some companies. While the cost may be justified for larger organizations, smaller companies may find it difficult to justify the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Easy to use visual mapping feature that provided the ability to build territories from the country, state, zip code levels. The ability to move named accounts from one territory to another and model what that change will impact prior to committing to the change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The dashboard is suitable for high-level analysis of territory coverage and metrics, but it's a bit clunky when you try to layer multiple dimensions to one report/dashboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The partnership with the Fullcast team was essential as they acted as an extension of our Ops team. They helped with best practices, enabled users, and understood our strategy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The product has come a long way, but at times slowed us down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Seamless connection to Salesforce.com. Tool has a user friendly UI that enables creating policies easily besides having ability to create complex workflows with SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their pricing structure is an all or nothing model. So longer negotiation cycles if you'd like to buy only specific modules example routing only or territory management only. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hands-on team that is willing to get into the weeds and dedicate time to understanding our product and use case. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- Interface is not intuitive
- Heavily reliant on Engineering to customize metrics
-Limited ease of use to model out scenarios
-Features included in demo (>6 months ago) are still not available Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fullcast's integration with Salesforce is reliable, accurate, and easy to manage. Fullcast provides ample detail on proposed/difference account movements to test logic and routing changes to our territory hierarchy. The team at Fullcast has been nothing but timely, helpful, and supportive as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Fullcast works but lacks a few development options that would be very helpful for Power Users. For pretty simple changes to node assignments or terminating users, Fullcast is incredibly click-hungry. The ability to import/data-load a CSV or json containing assignments to override would be very useful.
2. The new "Terminate User" workflow does not consistently end date all assignments, even when electing Permanent Replacements for terminated users. I will take some time with our FC CSM to detail this. This feature is a step in the right direction for ease of use and taking the clicks out of bulk reassignments.
3. Advanced Editor for node logic needs an extra layer of visibility. I think it is fine to keep a few portions of the logic in the Advanced Editor hidden in the json config, but a visual indicator of where we are or are not using the advanced editor would be very helpful. As it stands, a hypothetical new Fullcast user would need to click through the config json for every single node to locate the places where the UX is not showing all of the rules in use for the config. Click and drag feature for moving accounts between nodes. Nice reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wish we could click and drag resources/account owners in a similar way to moving accounts between nodes. Reports could be a bit tighter for viewing, smaller icons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Great platform/system out of the box, easy setup and connection to Salesforce, wonderful support team. Used for routing Marketo leads to proper lead owner in Salesforce after Marketing Qualification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some changes to lead routing logic are through Salesforce Process Builder, to which our MarOps team does not have direct access. Would like to see an integration to SFDC where configuration changes are fully controlled in Fullcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
