Takes me out of excel sheets and helps me plan out territories more effectively and in less time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't move a node to other nodes if required Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I am most grateful about working with Fullcast.io the last three years is not just its robust technology, but also the exceptional team supporting it. The platform's advanced range of features matched with their dedicated and knowledgeable team makes an unbeatable combination that has dramatically enhanced our efficiency. No one can solve all the problems a GTM team faces (and often creates themselves), but this tech and team take on a lot of them (and us)! There is no Fairy Godmother with a magic wand in this game. Fullcast is the closest thing we can get to a partner who grants us all our wishes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use Fullcast primarily for Account Assignments. The number of Account re-assignment cases I recieve has reached an all time low, thanks to Fullcast.
Whether a new rep is coming onboard, or moving onto their next Journey, it only takes a few clicks to have the right AE's, BDR's, SE's & CSMs assigned. The Fullcast team I have the opportunity to work with on a weekly basis go above and beyond to help anytime I am in need of assistance. They will often reach to notify me about a potential problem before it even occurs (Shoutout to Sunny Rupani & Tyler Simons). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform could be more user friendly to someone without a technical background. For example, in-order to set multiple rules for a Territory Node, you will need to be Semi-fluent in JavaScript Object Notation. (That's more of a Me problem though). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We used fullcast for the first time this past year to build and assign new territories for our reps. It was very easy to use and assign accounts/move accounts to different reps in order to right size territories. Two way sync with SFDC was very handy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A few times it seemed that things didnt save after moving accounts from one territory to another, also it loaded very slow when moving between pages of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fullcast has been instumental in helping us get a hold of account team management and territory planning. Beyond Account team/territory planning it stands out for its user-friendly interface and exceptional customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are only a few minor areas that could use improvement. There have been circumstances transferring all the data to and from our CRM due to field limits/mismapped fields/validation errors, but support team has quickly helped us to resolve these issues in 1 on 1 calls. As Fullcast develops it would be nice for them to provide additional guided video learning through their Help/Documentation resource page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Product feedback loop is very tight and the team that we work with is knowledgable. They know what the industry is facing and the product shows the growth to solve those problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can feel like we might not have all of the control or path to knowledge, but thats where the great support comes in and we are able to get whatever issue figured out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product is flexible and reliable. The best part of Fullcast, which sets them apart from their competitors are their people. They feel like an extension of our business. They are responsive and take care of our needs just like someone who is on the internal team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have not found any downsides of using fullcast.io to date. We use it for routing on multiple objects and are expanding all the time. We even have some teams managing their own routing, which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the ability to set changes for future dates and manage territories proactively. I also like the ease of exceptions as things tend to stray from set rules. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform requires a lot of clicks to make changes effective. It is also not the easiest to navigate as a new user. I needed to leverage our CSM multiple times to gain proficiency in the basic functions.
The reporting features are not self serve, time to implement is lengthy and just about any big change requires hours of manual work and checking or engagement with the CSM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fullcast is a brilliant tool that our organization utilizes for routing leads and opportunities. I love the flexibility that fullcast has with their tool with regards to what can be routed and how. Being able to utilize any fields as a criteria to route opened the door for us in routing not only by region, but also preferred language, MQL reasons, etc. Fullcast continues to evolve having paid close attention to their customers needs and have recently rolled out a Holdover policy that was exactly what our Sales Ops team needed.
Speaking about the people aspect of fullcast.io....the Customer Success Team is top notch! They are extremely patient, helpful, and kind when we have questions around routing with Fullcast. Shoutout to Leesa Tietjen because she hands down is one of the best CSMs that I have personally worked with in my entire career. She embodies what customer success means to Fullcast and their customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user experiences of the fullcast tool itself can be difficult to use. Currently, searching for which participants are in what router is very difficult to do within the tool. We utilize a SFDC report to do so.
We have also experienced issues adding participants to a router as it will not save the person into the policy if there is another process that is utilizing the policy. You would need to double check if the person is on the router via an SFDC report or go back into the policy to check after clicking save. Aside of performance issues with the adminstration side of the tool, the creativity and flexibility is great! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Far easier to get going with Fullcast than my experiences with Anaplan or Adaptive which often require millions of dollars and 6-12 months of professional services. With Fullcast you can be up and running in hours or days, especially if you have less than 100 reps or so. The team is also very accomodating and willing to roll up their sleeves to help optimize your Fullcast instance based on your specific approach to GTM (e.g., segmentation, territory optimization). They were also flexible where needed on contracting as we worked through the POC together. Where we ran into a few challenges on the product end, they also went above and beyond to innovate for us as needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not available through the Salesforce exchange which led to need for custom fields/packages and headaches on security/privacy. Also, we have over a thousand reps so while Fullcast is good once everything is set up, it takes quite a bit of work to stand up. Finally, as with all territory management software solutions, you need to have good data hygiene in your CRM. Fullcast identified many of our data issues quite clearly, but we need to get these under control before being able to get the most out of the platform. Finally, limited ability for users to provide input in Fullcast (e.g., account disqualification) requiring managers to switch between SFDC and Fullcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
