Fullcast is a brilliant tool that our organization utilizes for routing leads and opportunities. I love the flexibility that fullcast has with their tool with regards to what can be routed and how. Being able to utilize any fields as a criteria to route opened the door for us in routing not only by region, but also preferred language, MQL reasons, etc. Fullcast continues to evolve having paid close attention to their customers needs and have recently rolled out a Holdover policy that was exactly what our Sales Ops team needed.
Speaking about the people aspect of fullcast.io....the Customer Success Team is top notch! They are extremely patient, helpful, and kind when we have questions around routing with Fullcast. Shoutout to Leesa Tietjen because she hands down is one of the best CSMs that I have personally worked with in my entire career. The user experiences of the fullcast tool itself can be difficult to use. Currently, searching for which participants are in what router is very difficult to do within the tool. We utilize a SFDC report to do so.
We have also experienced issues adding participants to a router as it will not save the person into the policy if there is another process that is utilizing the policy. You would need to double check if the person is on the router via an SFDC report or go back into the policy to check after clicking save. I would be hard pressed to come up with a software vendor that I have had a better customer success experience with. Both of the CSM's that have been assigned to our account have been absolutely amazing. Any questions or edits that we have had are always delt with super quickly and our rep Jason is extremely knowledgable with options for whatever business case we bring him. I am most impressed with their "Smart Territories". This feature allows you to use a combination of ANY fileds or formulas in your CRM to define very precise, multi-step criteria to assess potential and use that to balance your territories. This is invaluable when getting buy-in from Sales Leadership.

Fullcast is an easy-to-use tool that will transform your GTM and territory planning cycle. The tools syncs with your CRM and takes the Ops team out of spreadsheets for a more thoughtful, accurate and thoughtful process. The tool also meaningfully transforms the way sales leadership engages during fiscal planning, providing them with an intuitive environment for them to provide feedback and refine territories.
Post fiscal planning, Fullcast also provides a seamless avenue to make adjustments to territories in year.
Last but not least, Fullcast has an amazing support team lead by the inimitable Tyler Simons. Fiscal planning can be a frenetic and stressful time, so I really appreciated the degree of responsiveness, creativity and flexibility in helping us troubleshoot various technical issues that invariably arise during the deployment of a new technology.

Like any technology, there is some devil in the detail when you deploy. In particular, Fullcast has powerful automation but you need to be cautious to ensure that you don't create a situation where accounts move inadvertently or inexplicably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you've dealt with territory creation, lead routing, speed-to-lead tracking, account structures, account data cleansing, operational capacity planning - this is my go-to. Also, they offer a good partnership with a wealth of advice and best practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nothing else really does this so it's hard to provide a relative critique. I think some usability updates would definitely help certainly. Streamlined the territory management and routing of contacts and leads. Geo-territories, what-if scenarios and being able to see where and why a contact routed to the person it routed to.
