Front Discussions

I feel like I'm missing something, like I love Front but am not maximizing it's potential. Is there anything I should know about for delegation purposes?

We have a lot of debate on what is the correct workflow so that emails are not dumped on one person. Curious to know how others do it.

I would love to be able to recall emails in case they contain errors

I have tried to add Grammarly to Front in the past with no success.

When I assign a ticket to myself it moves it to another inbox and it didn't do this before the new update. Is there a way for me to go back to the old format?

I would like to quickly create a contact list to send bulk messages.
