Frill.co is a great solution for any marketing team that's trying to get more customer feedback. It's so much easier to stay in touch with what our customers want and what we need to do to improve our products. The interface is really user-friendly and the pricing is really affordable. There isn't much to dislike about Frill. Frill is still a relatively new product, so while it is currently missing some valuable features (ex. social login with Google, Facebook, Twitter) the pace of development of new features is rapid and new features are being shipped weekly.
