2 things I would like to share :

1. They identify the problems fast, but when we say there is a problem and after the error has been identified and taken to the developer, kindly update on a daily basis what is happening because the clients are constantly asking, if there is any update on this has happened and we are trying to go further for the next error - like this, when we get any screenshot or message, it will be easy to convince the client.

2. Give us a monthly graph on how much sales done, graph on student joined, graph on classes enrolled Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
