Freightify has been excellent right from the start. They are extremely friendly and provide assistance. You feel part of their team, almost like family. From the initial sale, the setup, implementation, training and continued support, they are great to work with. This is the third system we use like this one and so far, it is the best and with such an affordable price! We use this on a daily basis from our ops team to sales, everyone enjoys the system and ease of use.

The entire platform is innovative and highly functional and is heading towards becoming a complete and excellent tool as soon as all the players in the logistics industry are integrated. It's difficult to comment on something that doesn't work or that I don't like on the platform, everything works well, but there are still some adjustments to be made, such as, for example, some prints we can only do after the quote is generated. We like the fact that we can use this one platform to hold all of our carrier rates - import / export / fcl and lcl. It enables us to communicate faster with our customers and ensure that we are able to select the best option based on both price and service offering.
