The speed of being able to put together and send all the documents required for an insurance application is unrivaled. Being able to drag and drop files and place them in the order we would like them to return in is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is much smoother and clients have an easier time signing. Even those clients that are not tech savvy. We had a lot of problems with clients signing on the old system. Now is amazing. The InsureSign interface is user friendly and easy to follow. You can easily go back and forth to edit your documents before sending. It is simple to use and allows us a level of efficiency that would not be possible without electronic signatures. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that I cannot add blank text boxes, with text, without adding an additional signer (myself) in the process, or having to edit the PDF before sending it. The prior system we used allowed us to add text boxes during the sending procedure. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When using in-person signing you need to go back to our system settings and link to new log in. I wish it would just flood back in an email link. Also miss the encryption part that we had with prior provider. It was an add on product but not even available with InsureSign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
