Formstack Sign Reviews & Product Details

Favorite part is being able to copy the link to text. A little bit of a pain that have to go in and get it in the "remind" stage. Would like to be able to put in a phone number from the initial send screen to have a link texted along with the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form.

I love that with Formstack Sign, you can create a template for frequently used forms. This saves so much time as there are several forms that we send to clients on a regular basis. I also appreciate that they have a text option to send the forms as many of our customers say they miss or don't see emails we send. When placing some of the fields, due to the rectangle guide used to place it, they don't always end up in the exact spot you would like. This is mostly an issue with the radio and checkbox buttons. I would prefer if we could see everyone's forms all together. Also, I want to forms to be emailed from the organization name and not the user name. The salemsan and a technical enginer insisted that the basic tier of the plan would be able to automatically read the signed forms and update Applied epic for us, but he lied. He was suddenly fired after weeks of trying to get Formstack to correct the error. Pricepoints for multiple users - being a not for profit organisation find it difficult to justify the cost of multiple users, even though it would mean more efficiency in our organisation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
