I like how simple it is to review multiple forms and data from them on the portal. I really enjoy how easy it is to see simple analytics based on how the form was either submitted or left blank.

Late last year an update was pushed out that made the embedding of forms unstable.

Overnight it seemed that dozens of our forms embedded on websites broke when viewed on mobile or smaller screens. It looks like the form has a forced width on every viewing size. Before I enjoyed how dynamic the forms performed, now we must use a workaround to make it work.

Lastly, when we tried to add UTM parameters into a hidden field it was erased once someone filled out a form. I am pretty disappointed with how we can no longer use this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My org was using several form-building tools and wanted to consolidate them into one. After extensive research and conversations with multiple vendors, we decided to go with Formstack and it's been a pleasure ever since. I love how easy it is to use the system, it's super user friendly and not complicated to figure out! Favorite part is being able to copy the link to text. A little bit of a pain that have to go in and get it in the "remind" stage. Would like to be able to put in a phone number from the initial send screen to have a link texted along with the email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I would like to be able to put in a text box and type something into it before I send it. It's a pain to have to cancel the document and then go out and edit the document and then start over again if I forgot to put something on a form.

I love that with Formstack Sign, you can create a template for frequently used forms. This saves so much time as there are several forms that we send to clients on a regular basis. I also appreciate that they have a text option to send the forms as many of our customers say they miss or don't see emails we send. When placing some of the fields, due to the rectangle guide used to place it, they don't always end up in the exact spot you would like. This is mostly an issue with the radio and checkbox buttons. I love how Formstack makes it incredibly easy to create new forms. With pre-built templates and even pre-built sections, the drag and drop feature allows me to create a new form in minutes. The customizations I can implement with color and formatting allow me to deploy a new form to my website in a seamless experience that doesn't make it look out of place. With the provided iFrame codes and URLs to shares, it's so easy to add a form to a webpage or email. Using it to collect leads is also great, the provided Salesforce integration is easy to connect and manage, allowing me to collect submissions automatically to Salesforce. Sometimes, the UI can be a little tough to navigate. I wish it was easier to login to the Forms module without logging into my admin panel, then navigating to the Forms module. Beyond that, I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's been quite a few bugs surrounding this application. One of which is the order of operations in which objects are created. It should sequentially check if the record exists in our system before each insert rather than doing it in bulk. Formstack has a great partner network and a great product team that has built a set of tools that have helped us automate our historically paper-based processes. The integration with CRM platforms like Salesforce has made the tool useful in helping us bridge the gap between where data resides and where we need to import it. Sometimes, support can be lacking in areas where there are product gaps, but they have the right points of escalation and run a relatively flat organization, which allows you to directly communicate with key stakeholders to make changes and help the community of users stronger.
