I like how easy it is to imput data into our system for our sutomers using the webhooks. We have hundreds of clients using the system and we are able to provide them all their own form for their website toreceive leads into our system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the formatting is a little tricky and limited without an understanding of css which is not an issue for our company but probably others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like how simple it is to review multiple forms and data from them on the portal. I really enjoy how easy it is to see simple analytics based on how the form was either submitted or left blank.
I really enjoy the analytics as it is a great way to report to our clients how much interaction the website is getting.l Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Late last year an update was pushed out that made the embedding of forms unstable.
Overnight it seemed that dozens of our forms embedded on websites broke when viewed on mobile or smaller screens. It looks like the form has a forced width on every viewing size. Before I enjoyed how dynamic the forms performed, now we must use a workaround to make it work.
Lastly, when we tried to add UTM parameters into a hidden field it was erased once someone filled out a form. I am pretty disappointed with how we can no longer use this feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My org was using several form-building tools and wanted to consolidate them into one. After extensive research and conversations with multiple vendors, we decided to go with Formstack and it's been a pleasure ever since. We use Formstack every day and its ease of use is a game-changer. Add to that the truly stellar interactions with their team and customer support when we need it. It also integrates with Salesforce! Things can get a little dicey when you're using custom CSS styling, but Formstack's support team is available to help! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how easy it is to use the system, it's super user friendly and not complicated to figure out! We use Formstack for every form (which is a lot) in our office and I am constantly in the system pulling data and information. There are lot's of options for question types and data, which I love! I truly don't think there are a lot of downsides to using Formstack Forms. We use Forms all the time and rarely have issues! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been using Formstack Forms for some time, and it has truly transformed how our team collects and manages data. The platform is incredibly user-friendly and offers a wide variety of customization options that make it easy to create professional and effective forms. The integrations with other platforms save us time and streamline our workflows, and the conditional logic feature ensures we’re only gathering the information we need. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. Formstack Forms is a powerful tool that has increased our efficiency and improved our data management processes immensely. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, flexible, and well-supported form-building solution! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Advanced features often require higher-tier plans, which can be a drawback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Formstack makes it incredibly easy to create new forms. With pre-built templates and even pre-built sections, the drag and drop feature allows me to create a new form in minutes. The customizations I can implement with color and formatting allow me to deploy a new form to my website in a seamless experience that doesn't make it look out of place. With the provided iFrame codes and URLs to shares, it's so easy to add a form to a webpage or email. Using it to collect leads is also great, the provided Salesforce integration is easy to connect and manage, allowing me to collect submissions automatically to Salesforce. Sometimes, the UI can be a little tough to navigate. I wish it was easier to login to the Forms module without logging into my admin panel, then navigating to the Forms module. Beyond that, I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customer service is not in the same time zone so communication takes time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its overall ease of use. Very easy to learn, but it has a tremoundous amount of advanced integration features available when needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Deleting fields is very frustrating. Every time you delete a field it reloads the page and brings you back to the top of the form. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HIPAA compliance is a plus. Mutliple users with different access points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
HORRIBLE across the board. To start... Absolutely criminal pricing. Second... Next to impossible to cancel...HUGE waste of time, there's no cancel button. I've been trying to cancel for 2 months... and in the meantime they have been billing me for those two months. And also they have just let me know that apparently I am on a yearly contract?? And I can't cancel for 8 months? After I spend another $4k+ with them?? I am so beyond disappointed. I have been a customer for 5+ years. It's an insanely expensive, subpar service. I am so beyond my limit with Formstack. On top of all of this, I have reached out when our form logic was just NOT working (REALLY bad look for us for our clients) and they gaslit me and told me it was working after it had been fixed. SO why when I did absolutely nothing did my form not work and now it all of sudden works??? Hm...
Go with another form provider. My business needs HIPAA compliant forms and there are way better alternatives out there for a FRACTION of the price. Like less than what I am paying PER MONTH at Formstack for an entire year kind of fraction of the price.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I've been getting ripped off for years and am mad and feel taken advantage of and now they are making it my problem. I could have saved $10k if i switched to another provider earlier. I wouldn't be so mad because I do take responsibility for my part in this... but it's also taken me HOURS to attempt to leave the service (they still haven't cancelled my account and each month that goes on they keep charging me!!!!), another 20 hours or so to rebuild my forms on another platform. I am beyond unhappy with them and FULLY recommend you go with a different form company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much to enjoy about Formstack, we use it for employee sign-ups, communication, logs, etc. I really enjoy the versatility of the builder options. You can make a form for pretty much anything! I also enjoy the ability to add logic to forms and the notifications you can set up independently. We use it daily and it integrates well with our other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish it had an option to allow for us to ensure 1 form submission per person and still allow them to remain anonymous. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The application as a whole is solid, but the standout for me is the form builder page. The interface and layout are well-designed, very intuitive, and easy to navigate. It doesn’t take long to get comfortable with creating and managing forms, which is a big plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user management page could use some work, especially when it comes to the preset filters. For starters, not all user types are covered in the presets, and some classifications are confusing. For example, we have "standard users" and "participant users," but the org role field lumps them together as "standard," which makes it hard to distinguish between the two. Another issue is the schema for exported data— the data that exported from our account manager is more comprehend than the data we have, which can create challenges for data analysis.
