Forms.app has throught about a large range of use cases and provides some very useful form filling capabilities. It's relatively simple to use and also supports form auto completion which makes its very easy to personalise for customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The auto complete feature is limited to a very small selection of field types which limits the use of the more powerful features.

It is also a bit buggy and result in a lot of saving/exiting to remove phantom form fields.

For me, the most important aspect is the integration with HubSpot. An easy automation that creates new deals each time a form is filled. Also cool to be able to test a lot of their features in a free plan (completely different from the free plan of that other app which you know I'm talking about).

It was very nice to create a form in forms.app as it is very easy to do. The platform is very intuitive and easy to understand. The different templates that it offers when creating a form make it easier to create it, especially when you don't know how to start. Once you select any of the templates, designed for different types of needs. You just have to replace the contents and let yourself be guided by its powerful assistant. In general, I have no complaints with the platform, although I should mention that when reviewing the integrations I was excited when WhatsApp was included, since I thought that the form could be integrated with this messaging app, but what it does is include a simple button.
