It is pretty straightforward to use and customizable for our branding needs at a fair price. I like that it does not reqiure a log in (like free Google Forms) , so it is easy to collect feedback from people without hearing how they can't log in. One thing I ran into as I was copying a form to bring over the design is that if your form name is very long, you will not see the full name in the UI. This is very useful for our needs and costs will increase with use, and as such success. At present we are using with zapier for automation of membership, payment and welcomes. I have tried mailerlite forms, Survey Monkey and finally forms.app. none of those are easy but forms.app is easier and more intuitive. I do wish the free version offered a few more of the follow-up options. For example, notifications are limited to 10; I think 25 might be a more reasonable number. Its simple and sophisticated design, its various layouts with animated backgrounds, with different options for generating a question whether multiple choice, single choice, short or long answer, also for placing information such as personal data and tables. I like the free trial best because I like to try before I buy and there is no time limit on the trial! There are other restrictions, but I had ample time to test it out and as a person who is not always the best at learning new technologies, this app was super user friendly and easy to use to create! It would be great to have more inisights and analytics from the form. That would provide more data on how to improve the form to increase completion rate. I didn't like that my user name was going to be attached at the end of the link, and even if I personalized the link that's going to be include, or if I change the username afterward it wouldn't reflect on the link either. It's a fantastic form-building app featuring many flexible options, including some not available on more widely known and used form builders, such as those by Google or Microsoft. An example is the possibility of creating multiple inputs based on variable quantities of entities, which means if a user is filling up information about an item (a book, for instance) that may have one, two or more authors, and we want the user to not only inform the authors' names, but their nationality or other info, the user can inform every detail how many times it is necessary, providing information for every single one of those authors.
