It is pretty straightforward to use and customizable for our branding needs at a fair price. I like that it does not reqiure a log in (like free Google Forms) , so it is easy to collect feedback from people without hearing how they can't log in. One thing I ran into as I was copying a form to bring over the design is that if your form name is very long, you will not see the full name in the UI. What I like best about forms.app is I can use one tool to create all my forms, form submissions, applications, even some graphics sometimes. I like that they're all in one place and they are stored in the system. I regularly have lots of form submissions open so forms.app allows me to have multiple open, monitor them, and keep them separate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

when I put the answers, she gives you the questions that I asked, I want me to have the correct answer and when I get an answer from the students, I would get the finished result, how much they got and what grade they got for this test, but when I put the right answer sometimes i send this test and already students see which answer is correct and this is a very big shortcoming so i do tests please fix it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is everything you might want o regards forms. It is easy to use, verdatil, very complete. I am amazed by all the apps you can connect your forms with. No doubt this is a great platform. You can create surveys, gift cards, recommendation, appointments, and many other forms with different formats , backgrounds, colors etc. Editing is very simple. It very much looks profesional. I loved the AI functionality that allowed you to pose a topic/statement that the AI survey algorithm builds relevant questions off of. I also really love that it's free! There's no limit the questions you can ask. Also has a very clean layout.

There were some compatibility issues with using forms.app on Safari that I didn't know existed until my colleagues told me they couldn't open the survey. It was easily mitigated by opening on Chrome. This is very useful for our needs and costs will increase with use, and as such success. At present we are using with zapier for automation of membership, payment and welcomes. I receive this sort of stuff everyday so easy I thought. Other systems are impossible by comparison to this one. I am only just becoming familiar with this sort of thing but so far it's the best. I have tried mailerlite forms, Survey Monkey and finally forms.app. none of those are easy but forms.app is easier and more intuitive. I do wish the free version offered a few more of the follow-up options. For example, notifications are limited to 10; I think 25 might be a more reasonable number.
