Havaing the availability to have the forms sent directly to our Database for viewing made reporting faster and more accessible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes cached forms wouldnt be sent once they reached service with a variety of errors requiring them to be resubmitted one by one. User creation and setup was not efficient.
