How easy it is to create a form and map it to a salesforce data set. The Salesforce integration is my favorite part, it was very easy to set up. (I'm biased, I'm a Salesforce pro) But the customizations you can make on the form, and then how you can have those form entries trigger other salesforce automation was a game changer for our customer intake process. We also have web forms and a payment form where you can receive online payments with a web form! The customer support was always responsive and super helpful when exploring potential use cases. I can't think of any. I'm not sure if there would be any limitations on the UI or if you wanted to customize anything, but I don't have complaints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that we can make each form unique and customizable to our events. We can change background images, colors, just about anything we want with a few simple clicks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Email support is difficult, especially compared to chat support (which is phenomenal). The tool is incredibly powerful, so it feels complicated at times. I feel at times that I want to carve out a day to work in FormAssembly, but my schedule doesn't allow the big blocks of time that are required for bigger efforts.
