Clear documentation, fast and friendly chat support, easy implementation and well documented updates. Regular additional training and update information available through the company. Does some real magic that we love to utilize the system for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email support is difficult, especially compared to chat support (which is phenomenal). The tool is incredibly powerful, so it feels complicated at times. I feel at times that I want to carve out a day to work in FormAssembly, but my schedule doesn't allow the big blocks of time that are required for bigger efforts. It is hard to take a big effort in FA and carve it up into tiny pieces. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Allows us to easily capture easily data from external users and extend our business process to third parties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Occasional performance issues for larger forms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Salesforce connector is the most comprehensive and easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish the styling of fields and templates was a bit more advanced within the platform itself. More Point and click for styling as opposed to code, that tends to be problematic when using REST API. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Advanced integration with Salesforce, easy to use, quick to implement. We use it daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lacking AI capabilities, technical training can be provided Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Almost unlimited flexibilty to meet needs of data collection.
Submitting data to objects Saleforce is super easy and flexible when using formulas.

Support is great as are the on-line help documents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At this time we have not found any showstoppers with any of our form designs.

Not so simple to personalize form thank you page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
You can do so many things with FormAssembly. Our favourites tools are the Salesforce connectors and Stripe connector. Formulas and advanced form logic allow us to use forms for so many different use cases. The support desk are always helpful and come up with useful tips and tools when we get stuck. I can't think of anything I dislike about FormAssembly - if there are things we haven't mastered yet it's got more to do with our level of expertise in all the features than any lack of functionality in the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about FormAssembly is it's customization aspects and how it is able to integrate seamlessly with other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I could complain about this system is when human error comes into play and I can't build out a validation rule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FormAssembly provides a lot of flexibility with a relatively straightforward development environment. We use the forms for a variety of purposes, including general data gathering, higher education applications, enrollment and class registration, license renewals, etc. In most cases, forms are esigned connect/update Salesforce and also our credit card processor (Authorize.net). Also, the company seems focused on enhancements and growing the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Support is average at best. The documentation is clumsy and seems to be from the 1990s. Some service reps know the product and can help resolve an issue timely, while others struggle to understand. In other words, support can be hit or miss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
