Fooda was extremely easy to use! My employer had us order our lunch every day using Fooda, it had a great list of restaurants and all of their different category separations made it easy to find what I wanted (A salad.) If I decided I wanted another lunch or was out sick that day the live chat feature made it easy for me to cancel or make a change! If food was slow I would get a live update about my delivery. If something happened with the restaurant I was ordering from I was able to redeem a gift card credit to order from another restaurant that day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I loved Fooda, I don't have any dislikes. The chatbot feature was nice to cancel my order but If I could automatically cancel without having to chat in that would have made things a bit easier for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The food that gets delivered is good. The people that deliver it are generally nice and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The food is delivered laughingly late. They are very good at giving discounts or refunds but that doesn't solve the problem that we are left being hungry and past the lunch hour. In addition, in some cases the food doesn't ever arrive and so we have to go leave the office to get food - which literally defeats the purpose of the service. Love the great options Fooda brings to our office. Service is usually great, with employees arriving with food ontime, operating efficiently and with a smile. Love that the big portions they bring are ours to keep, which usually means leftovers! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The restaurant and food variation. Fooda offers a wide variety of restaurants to choose from, and does a good job of offering variety for all palates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fooda offers a delivery window that is consistently missed (tracked at 80% miss). There are also times when orders will get cancelled with no food substitution and no follow-up contact. Food is often luke-warm or cold. Customer support also lacks follow through. Although they are willing to often refund if a delivery window was missed, or an order was delivered incorrectly - they never offer long-term solutions to a consistent problem. It is hard to cancel or change orders once they are submitted. While the support team responds very quickly, it would be nice to be able to do it on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you're able to look up the menus of what food you're going to be serving up to the minute. I also like that they've recently integrated a voting system so you can give feedback on the service you received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their user interface isn't very good. For example, my company privately employs fooda to serve food, but there is also another place in our building that serves food. I had to sign up to be able to toggle between the two different services. I know that others in my company have felt the same frustration.
I also think that the new feedback module they recently inputted could be a little more in-depth. Right now it's just pass/fail type voting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
