I can honestly say that I have no negative comments at this moment about FMS: Employee. We enjoy this app at our company. as stated before. We love how easily our employees can access the app from their fingertips. What problems is FMS:Employee solving and how is that benefiting you?

During Covid-19, our company started a flex-first model. About 96% of our employees went from working in the office to at home. No free trial. Sometimes you must allow the customer to have a taste of the product so the customer will buy more gladly once the alleged good things become demonstrated Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Clearly, a more streamlined and easy to fulfill management of the meeting rooms, even allowing a reservation with short notice. This feature eliminated the usual conflicts among employees claiming a reservation. Also, the desk reservation feature allows to plan team gatherings efficiently. What do you like best about FMS:Employee?

What is most helpful of FMS:Employee for me, is that it helps CRE and Facilities management teams to improve their workspace management, their management of Hybrid-work and the Employee Experience. The upside of using FMS:Employee is that there are so many interfaces to choose from: Outlook, Web-portal, Mapview (interactive floorplan), Mobile App, Upcoming events display feed... What do you dislike about FMS:Employee?

What is least helpful of FMS:Employee and the potential downsides of FMS:Employee, are the manual reporting. I know that this is covered by FMS:Insights, but it would have been great if there was a smarter reporting engine / dashboard / mechanism in place to give quick and easily customizeable data (csv).

What problems is FMS:Employee solving and how is that benefiting you?

The problems which FMS:Employee solves, is how to approach and manage Hybrid-work, desk booking, parking booking, giving users access to simple interfaces to book what they need and to be able to measure your space utilization based on "requirements" as booked. Anotehr benefit is being able to auto-release desks and rooms if booked, but not used. This effectively increases your available real-estate, which would otherwise have been wasted. What do you like best about FMS:Employee?

At Extreme, we Love how easy it is to Create a Location in FMS RS Module. Identifying Hot Spots is very Easy and fast to do depending on how large the map is, but Jennifer trained us to deselect some of the layers to make Hotpotting faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I honestly dislike how you have to convert the CAD drawings into an older version for the CAD Plan to upload seamlessly. Thankfully though, if you have FM AUTOCAD, this will make it a bit easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

FMS Employee has been great Post COVID. A vast majority of our employees are now working from home, and this makes it easy for those employees who still want to come into our office 2-3 days a week. Get this platform; you won't regret it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Support team helped me with the CAD Drawing Uploads. At first, it was tricky trying to convert the Newer CAD Floor Plans Drawings into an older CAD Version to upload the Floor plan for hot-spotting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FMS:Employee?

MY favorite part about this software is that it is easily trackable and that I get a follow-up email after a request. This helps me not only to keep track of current requests, but also to look back at previous requests- to see how, when, and by whom they were completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMS:Employee?

What I dislike about FMS is that the services I typically request don't quite "fit" into the request system. What I mean by this is that I have to input text to explain what I want. While this is fine, it takes more time, and I sometimes wonder whether or not I will get what I asked for.

It can also be hard to navigate the main menu and to figure out what request "type" yours might fall under. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Make sure that you are detailed in your request, and leave a callback number if anyone has questions. Otherwise, this software has worked fine for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FMS:Employee solving and how is that benefiting you?

FMS has helped me track my service requests within the hospital and check on their progress. It has also helped me figure out issues, such as requests that don't get fulfilled. In these cases, I can look at what happened and the person who was assigned the task. This allows me to follow up with them and ensure it gets completed.

This software also allows me to schedule things on my own time without having to make phone calls and try to get ahold of people from other departments, which can be time-consuming and frustrating for both parties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FMS:Employee?

Our organization uses a product called Resource Scheduler, which was acquired by FM Systems in the last year during our implementation. The support transition was smooth and the new folks at FM Systems seem very helpful and knowledgeable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FMS:Employee?

It's too soon in our relationship with the vendor to provide honest things we dislike. With regard to the Resource Scheduler product, it offers a very robust set of features, but comes at the expense of a friendly admin UI.
