It would be nice to have a bit more colour added to the UI/UX and in a manor that is customizable through the entire colour spectrum.
Needs more integrations to storage services like dropbox etc.
It does not seem to remember the view choice in some instances, defaulting to Kanban even though I want to use list view.
Although you can add custom fields you can't choose where they appear within the app, an example would be that it has multiple social media sites as default like Facebook, linkedIn, Twitter but it does not have for example, YouTube. You can create YouTube as a custom field but it cannot be put in the same place as the other social media sites so it's detached.
Adding video chat native would make this app unbeatable. Flowlu should serriously consider it.
This are all minor improvements that should be easily achievable and these are not dislikes but rather a wishlist to take the app up another level to what already is a high level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am delighted with the functionality of this system, how they managed to harmoniously include many functions in one system. Also - Flowlu is constantly making updates due to which the system acquires a perfect look. Thank you! I have studied more than 15 of the most popular CRM systems And if in short, Clickup is really overloaded with functionality and too complicated, Asana lacks a lot of things... Flowlu is really hard to describe. Think about an all in one business management tool, that is aimed at small and medium businesses but ports over incredible enterprise level features that you would otherwise find in top level CRMs, top level PM tools and such. It's like they ran around and picked out the best features out of all the market favourites, and stuffed their tool with these. For instance, their CRM has a round robin feature for leads. I worked at an enterprise using Salesforce and they couldn't set that up. Absolutely nuts. It's also very utilitarian, and sometimes rigid in functionality, but paired with a paranoid security team I am ok with that. However as long as they will listen to customers it will keep improving. Some features can be a bit rigid, and the team could listen a bit more to the suggestions of their clients. But overall it's small things, not critical to business operations. More like, trying to explain to a drill sergeant to be more creative, that kinda up-slope suggestions XD

Flowlu is the best tool for project and data management. This tool was very simple and easy to use. The CRM feature in this tool is quite amazing. I like that it’s intuitive and helps me to manage my business easily. I’m a newbie in CRM software and Flowlu is my first experience, but I can say that it’s well-designed and user-friendly. Even I, a person who never used such things, managed to figure everything out for a few weeks. I mostly use task management and accounting tools, but there are really far more features out there. I was looking for a viable platform that would make my business more profitable and easier to run and manage to meet my requirements for a very long time. Some platforms offer similar functions to Flowlu but Flowlu offers speed, performance and overall product quality. I am implementing and testing the platform now in several companies that I run and so far it still works perfectly and the functions are very well organized and time-saving.

UPDATE: After trying to use it for months, I've abandoned this software. WAY too buggy and frustrating; settings disappearing, clients not able to complete payment, and more. And if you don't use your account for several days, they want to delete it. (What made me choose Flowlu was the "all-in-one" nature of the platform. They have packed SO MUCH into this business management suite. I genuinely hope I do not find any reasons ever to need another service.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
UPDATE: Pretty much the whole experience was horrible. (Well, the platform's robust nature is also its main challenge; there's a lot to learn and get familiar with. The cohesiveness of all the elements/features of the software is outstanding; - they all integrate very well. The project management feature, in itself, is comparable to many standalone programs, and the addition of mindmaps and collaboration tools makes this product complete.
