Floqast has been a game-changer for our very small accounting team! We're able to manage the close cycle closely, manage reconciliation completeness, and keep the process tight and efficient. We are very happy with the functionality! We also really appreciate the proactive nature of the support we receive from FloQast, and the continued expansion of product functionality. The pricing, in my opinion, should include the optional but highly useful product features (autorec, fixed assets module etc) without having to pay a premium. Ultimately, we decided they are worth the cost, but the full product suite pricing could have been more transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Being able to fliter what needs to be done during a busy momment. It was very easy to learn and implament after a few meetings going through the working of the website during its introductiuon. When we have had issues we were always able to reach out for help and guidence. Alos, being able to see what accounts need to be reconciled made the final days for close easy. I enjoy being able to log in through out the day to keep track of whats going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When refreshing folders after uploading it can take up to 30 minuets to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked least about FloQast was that the initial setup and customization required a significant time investment, particularly for organizations with complex accounting processes. Additionally, while the platform is powerful, there were occasional issues with syncing data from certain accounting systems, which could cause minor delays in the closing process. What I liked least about FloQast was the initial learning curve for the team. While the platform is user-friendly, getting everyone up to speed took some time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do like the fact that you can set multiple flows in the app, to monitore the monthle closing of your organization. In addition, you have everything that you need to show the existance of intenal controls in a single tools. Which help you in the wholw audit process, even if that refering to intenal or external ussers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the fact that there is no way from the app to join in a combinated view the analis from the diferent flows. This limits the view that users like the Controller or the Financial oficers, can have in organization that has multiple segments o rflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FloQast is very intuitive and user-friendly, in addition there are several resources (guides, videos, email) readily available to assist if a question does come up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One feature that I think would be very helpful to add to the software would be the ability to restrict access to certain users within a given entity's close checklist. Although there are "work arounds" and you can create a separate checklist to store sensitive documents that only a limited number of users would have access to, it then creates a separate checklist. Simplicity, speed and ease of use. Integration with SAP. Maybe the best customer support so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
No downsides identified so far. Sometimes, it's not super straightforward to take action after a review note is assigned. For example, I get a review note assigned to change something on a checklist task and I am re-directed to the Folders menu, where I am not able to click on the settings/change task button which is available on the Checklist menu. FloQast has demonstrated industry leading qualities from start to finish. In the sales portion of the experience, FloQast members shared genuine interest in helping us solve problems rather than just pushing us to signing a contract. Once implementation begun, we were assigend a rep that helped us not only set up the product, but guided us in a way to also think critically about how our business practices could evolve throughout. The implementation was incredibly easy and our rep kept me (as an admin) in the loop throughout to ensure I was able to continue supporting the software once the implementation phase had concluded. FloQast takes customer feedback seriously and rolls out additional features frequently based on feedback received. In total, after 6 months of use, the time to complete our close has decreased by 60% and we are more confident in the accuracy of the underlying data than ever before. FloQast is incredibly flexible and our company has been able to find many "work arounds" for some complex hurdles and reporting requirements. My only critique of FloQast would be having a larger pool of comprehensive "out of the box" solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FloQast is a fantastic software for month closes processes and for overall workflow management. I have been using it for almost 5 years and every year they continue to add new features to streamline processes. If you use a software that connects directly (like NetSuite, QBO, or Intacct among others) then this is the absolute #1 software to use. It is more flexible than something like Blackline, but with features that they are adding (like journal entries pushed to the accounting software) I feel like FloQast is closing any gaps while maintaining its flexibility on workpapers that I feel works well for small to larger mid-market companies. The downside of being so innovative and constantly adding features is that some features can be a little buggy at first (never for long) and sometimes features can get updates when you don't expect it. They always have a pop up to inform on new features or changes as they are released. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
FloQast has changed the way our quarterly deliverables are organized, analyzed and reviewed. Throughout the past several years we've expanded our use to incorporate all tasks, not those just completed for the quarter end binder that are required by the team. This allows for seamless transition to new staff or transferring staff and confirms no deliverables are missed. What we like most about FloQast is their ability to listen to their customers and make changes or improvements to the platform. The platform has an extremely friendly interface that makes implementation and daily use easy, so as we expand the program to other departments that has been a big sell. To our team, there is no downside of using FloQast, I just wish we were setup to use more of the platforms abilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Since our first meeting with the FloQast team, we have been amazed by the product and the team involved! Tracking our month-end close and recs has never been easier. The system is so easy to use; they have thought of everything! The follow-up on suggestions for improvements has also been impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We are yet to find any dislikes about FloQast. If we have any issues they are answered swiftly and suggestions have been added to the system within a couple of months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
