I was looking for a digital product that would bring more life to our company brochure, something versatile enough for:
-> Tradeshows
-> Social media posts
-> Newsletter launches
-> Sharing with our distributor network
-> Presentations at board meetings
Flipsnack is loaded with tools that help us achieve our marketing and sales goals. One feature we found particularly valuable is the ability to embed an iframe that allows viewers to explore a 3D rendering of our shuttle and system directly within the brochure. This functionality leaves little to the imagination, making it great for visual storytelling!
The platform is very easy to use. I’ve been using Flipsnack for a few months and only needed to contact support twice. Both times, I received quick and helpful responses (THANK YOU IRIS!). One time, I didn’t think the program could upload a logo onto a clickable tag, but customer support (Iris again) guided me through it using a product tag feature. The instructions are always easy to follow, as support will typically send a screen-sharing mp4 of them going through the steps to get the desired outcome.
Everything seems to run smoothly at Flipsnack, with the team fully committed to supporting their clients. Our salesperson, Chris, was fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to go above and beyond to answer questions from me and my boss. We reviewed many flipbook vendors and chose Flipsnack because it offered many features, at a reasonable price, and had the communicated intention of continuous improvement (important as so many digital platforms must improve to remain competitive). We've found during our experience that the Flipsnack support team is immediate and knowledgeable, fixing whatever problem arises quickly. They go the extra mile for us. Very supportive. Our systems have heavy compliance and security software loaded onto them so when I view a flipbook the pages turn more slowly than I'd like. BUT . . . when I've viewed the Flipsnack flipbook NOT on our systems, it's fast. I create my flipbooks on Powerpoint and then upload them, so two steps. I need to create them anyway and the upload and conversion in Flipsnack are very fast so not a problem. Someday, perhaps we'll create the flipbook on Flipsnack but it's not been a constraint. Flipsnack is a fantastic platform! Its intuitive design makes it easy to create, customize, and share digital publications. Even if you're not particularly tech-savvy, the interface ensures an easy experience from start to finish.

Flipsnack is a great tool to make magazines and books feel like the real thing. In my case, it helped with bringing a magazine to life.
