"Flipsnack's UI is far better than it's competitors - hands down!"

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

The ease and flexibility of creating and editing books/catalogs in Flipsnack is why I love it so much. I mainly use it for our real estate office's digital catalog. Being a busy real estate office with constant changes to listings, new listings, listings that close etc - there are always changes needing to be made in our digital catalog. Using Flipsnack to keep our digital catalog up to date is super easy and hassle free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

The only thing I'm not thrilled about is a fairly recent change to the UI where the ability to edit my book after uploading a PDF was removed from the menu once the PDF has loaded. I have to go back to my list of flipbooks and can then choose "edit" from there. This creates an extra step for me whereas before this change I was able to edit within the same screen as the PDF upload. Having said that, this is minor and certainly does not change my overall satisfaction with Flipsnack. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Flipsnack solving and how is that benefiting you?

In recent years - especially since COVID, we have found that consumers prefer a routinely updated digital real estate catalog vs a hard copy printed one which generally was out of date a week or so after it was printed. Being able to easily maintain our real estate company's digital catalog with constantly changing inventory is essential to keeping consumers informed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

I love the ease of use, and the ability to create button "links" to other web info. Great quality documents can be created that look super professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

I really wish that there was a way to import a new page (PDF or JPG) into an existing document without having to back out of the document and "Upload Files" before opening the Flipbook. I publish a newsletter and there is always a lot of back and forth with changes and additions right before going live and it would just be a more smooth process to be able to import a new page while working in the Flipbook design area.

Also it would be great to be able to create a video short (gif or other) moving image to entice viewers to click on any YouTube or other linked videos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Features, Accessibility, and Customer Service at a Great Price"

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

The features on the various levels are good, and all include Accessibility features. The product we have been using for a while does not offer that at all, and they also significantly increased the price on us, so we looked for something new and were pleased to find that Flipsnack offered this in all package levels, and at a better cost. We are going with the Professional package for now, but may choose to upgrade in the future. The customer service is excellent too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to use software"

What do you like best about Flipsnack?

Flip snack is a very easy to use software program. The basic plan offers adequate editing options. I have I have created both flip books for my business as well as for personal use. I used their chat feature to gain some extra understanding of their program. They were very attentive to my questions, answered them fully without ever making me feel like I am taking too much time. What do you dislike about Flipsnack?

This is a very easy program to import your pictures to. They do offer gifts and photos that you can use in your web building. They I'll have motion in them. I have been using Flipsnack for 5 years now it is the best and most friendly user digital publications tool in the industry; our students love it- we showcase our students accomplishment and they can easily share the flip magazine with classmates, families, and friends.
