What do you like best about FlexSim?

FlexSim is a robust software that is very useful in simulating different scenarios for health care organizations. We used it to model patient flow and staffing levels for a health care clinic. The technical support offered by FlexSim is top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FlexSim?

Flexsim has helped me to analyze the production system I could see the problem in the system then I got the solution and make trial and error to get fit/best solution Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I got so many assumptions to represent my model because some object can't represent my real system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is FlexSim solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bottleneck and excess WIP items. In a complex production system, I got difficulties finding the core problem, It seems like every workstation has a problem. But when I simulated in Flexsim, I found there is a workstation that not optimized. I got the problem, but I don't know if I solve the problem directly, is it really solve the problem? Maybe it will create a new problem. It will cost a lot if I do trial errors directly. but Flexsim facilitates me with experiment tools So I don't worry to spend a lot of money.
