Flashpoint excels in seamlessly integrating data from surface, deep, and dark web sources, offering an ideal solution for initiating your company's intelligence program. It effectively narrows down pertinent information, simplifying the process of taking actionable steps based on your findings. User-friendly and efficient, it streamlines intelligence gathering and analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Flashpoint's use of boolean logic can initially present a learning curve, they offer comprehensive resources that enable quick and effective acclimation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What's most helpful is the extensive collection that Flashpoint provides across various sources. The search bar is easy to work with. The new Ignite AI feature is saving me time instead of searching across the site for answers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see a mobile browser friendly version of Ignite. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The deduplication functionality and the cleaner interface Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's slow to load when scrolling through a thread. The search functionality can also be somewhat unreliable. In particular, we need to have a reliable way of identifying all posts from a unique user on a platform (e.g. User ID on Telegram). This doesn't appear to exist for non-Telegram forums. In FP Tools we could use User FPIDs for that purpose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is a lot cleaner and the mechanics of navigating through Ignite is much faster. The best thing about Ignite is the ability to submit RFI's directly through the platform, and the ability to request access to closed online communities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I have disliked so far is how long it has taken to get our alerts transferred over to Ignite from FPtools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Provides fast and accurate intelligence feeds from multiple sources - both dark web and deep web which helped inform our organization of leaked credentials. With these insights we were able to take decisive action to secure our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface can be complicated to use at first, if it can be simplfied further to make it easier for new analysts to start using the platform would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The platform is easy to use, and it's easy to search for relevant information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not as must customization as I would like, and there is not a good outlet for creating watchlists for various threat actors who could be targeting our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Flashpoints Ignite platform assists me in intelligence gathering and actionable intelligence to prevent or monitor attacks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish I could get emoji searching in the platform, hashtag/description searching from tiktok/you tube as well as a searchable dictionary of terminology and terms threat actors use Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The speed increase on search results is incredible compared to the previous platform. The simplicity of the UX. Customer support is very quick on its responses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ignite AI is a great start but is still lacking. I'd like to see it create quick intel briefings on topics I ask for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Data acquisition is second to none - they have it all. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The API and platform is not geared towards developers or enterprises trying to consume the data in bulk. Their "firehose" offerring is cost prohibitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
