I now get answers in seconds rather than having to wait for hours or days. It's honestly made my work so much easier. Especially the slack integration is super helpful. We found the setup of LOS v simple and onboarding only took fifteen mins or so. This is a significant departure from the sluggish onboarding we've experienced with older tools. The ability to automate legal documents based on custom decsion trees is unparalleld. We rely on their solution which is deeply integrated in our software stack. It is worth mentioning, that their technology internally works on programming language which the folks at LegalOS built in house.
