Five CRM is a very useful platform but this platform is needed to improve advertising and marketing options and it needs to improve its store capacity because as a user is increasing it takes much time in loading and searching our call histories and conversation recordings. the best part of this CRM is how easy it is to set yourself for the day. IF you are hungry for success and work; this CRM will make it easy for you to log everything. The only complaint I have is the program sometimes jams. I think this happens with every CRM but it seems to be more common on this one. Overall the performance of the CRM is superb and exceeds expectations. However, if the navigation process was a bit smoother, it would out perform every CRM out there. What I like most about Five CRM is that it has a management model of the entire organization, based on user orientation (or market orientation), the closest concept is relational marketing, that is, one that is based on generating profitable relationships with customers. This CRM has proven to be a great choice for call centers or high volume outbound /inbound sales environments. Logging calls or activities is very easy and quick, you can automatically go to the next account and the number of clicks is limited which helps save time.
