What do you like best about FIVE CRM?

Five CRM is a wonderful software that provided us with all the marketing-related solutions and helped us a lot in uplifting our business. It has helped us in extending our reach to our target market and potential customers. We noticed it pretty secure to apply and it also helped us in creating a model for the management and organization of our business keeping in view the market orientation. What do you like best about FIVE CRM?

Five CRM is a user-friendly tool and it is an effective software to store conversations of their customer as a backup. In any emergency, we can restore our call history and conversation from this CRM software. It is an artificial intelligence-based software that helps its users to track their target audience and to interact with them for the acknowledgment of our field of interest. What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?

Five CRM is a very useful platform but this platform is needed to improve advertising and marketing options and it needs to improve its store capacity because as a user is increasing it takes much time in loading and searching our call histories and conversation recordings. This platform is very beneficial for international companies to store and analyze their cells and sales details and create a report of our everyday cells and sales. What do you like best about FIVE CRM?

the best part of this CRM is how easy it is to set yourself for the day. IF you are hungry for success and work; this CRM will make it easy for you to log everything. This CRM is almost the epitome of success at the work place. I would strongly recommend this CRM Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?

The only complaint I have is the program sometimes jams. I think this happens with every CRM but it seems to be more common on this one. Overall the performance of the CRM is superb and exceeds expectations. However, if the navigation process was a bit smoother, it would out perform every CRM out there. Although it is very userfriendly, I faced some issues sometimes because of some bug in the application. the tool would get stuck at times and greatly depends on the net connection. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FIVE CRM?

What I like most about Five CRM is that it has a management model of the entire organization, based on user orientation (or market orientation), the closest concept is relational marketing, that is, one that is based on generating profitable relationships with customers. Additionally, our internal sales team make many outgoing calls, and the Five CRM interface allows us an excellent fast movement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FIVE CRM?

It has nothing negative, it also has a built-in report writer that allows non-technical people to create their own reports without any knowledge of the structure of the database or the complexities of the data query. What do you like best about FIVE CRM?

This CRM has proven to be a great choice for call centers or high volume outbound /inbound sales environments. Logging calls or activities is very easy and quick, you can automatically go to the next account and the number of clicks is limited which helps save time. If KPIs are at the core of your business process, this is a good tool but for sales departments managing whole sales cycle, it is very limited. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
