I like the color coded flags for each loan. It lets you easily see important factors for the loans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having to manually enter loan information is difficult. I also dislike having to load two loans for one loan with two mortgages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a general ledger software it provides all the functions needed so you don't need to use any other software. It allows you to easily enter journal entries and generate a variety of financial reports. Even though it has most of the functions you need you are also capable of syncing it with other software if you are in a specialized industry. It's ability to import this other data is really strong and causes no issues with the reports being run. You can also have additional features like accounts payable to make it even more comprehensive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I really dislike most is the interface because despite how good the functions are, it is not the most user friendly. The basic menu doesn't really provide the best description of what's in section. In each section there are so many tiers of reports and data entry windows that it sometimes difficult to find what you need. As a personal pet peeve the pictures of the buttons don't really accurately represent what their function is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the storage and the ability to house so many different entities of the mortgage from ARM adjustment history to reporting to SFDMS Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
