This is an interesting new feature that only a select few providers are offering in order to give a full deal feature set within the M&A landscape. Thanks for the review and feedback. Adding users by email only is a feature we are actively looking at implementing within our product roadmap, as it is a common request we hear. Having this feature should simplify this process tremendously.

This is a common request in order to increase a positive user experience within Firmex. We do offer an iOS app that can be downloaded for free from the app store. Appreciate your feedback and review. Our set up for logging a user out based on inactive time is industry standard, but would be interested in understanding what you would like to see or have seen with other providers should there be an exception.

Thanks for the review and using Firmex. I am interested to understand what features you're looking for from our user management portal. We released a global login to provide users easy access to the data rooms they have been invited into. We are also looking at redesigning our platform in 2022, so your feedback on user management portal would be of value.
