A configurable alert system to know immediately when someone accesses or reviews a document. No bells and whistles, just straightforward application with easy to understand user interface. Platform is very easy to use for hosts to set up, and clients and prospects have never complained to us about accessibility or have raised any technical problems to us. I have not had to utilize customer support, the built-in help feature has been useful and solved what few issues I had. I've used the Firmex site for multiples deals over the past 3.5 years and have enjoyed the platform, it is also significantly cheaper than other services such as intralinks, while accomplishing the same thing. **What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?** No dislikes per se, but additional data could be interesting around users utilization (maybe ability to see exactly which files have been viewed / downloaded), but overall extremely useful. **What problems is Firmex Virtual Data Room solving and how is that benefiting you?** No frills data hosting platform online for managing our client engagements. **Official Response from James Le huquet:** > Thanks Jason for the feedback and your experience over the years using Firmex.
