I find this system very easy to use when I need to set up a new data room. It is very straightforward and guides you through the proper steps to make sure every necessary box is checked. I also found the training and info sessions to be quite helpful, and the trainer was super knowledgeable and answers any questions in a reasonable amount of time every time I have reached out to him. The platform is very secure and robust. We could easily navigae through documents due to user friendly interface with much ease to add, delete, amend, redact etc. The intuitive interface is well developed for all transactional needs. Customer support has been exemplary.Any queries or issues regarding user access, USB Archive etc.were addressed promptly and ensuring we were fully satisfied with the resolution by frequent check-in. An interactive link, in the legislation to open up other document, direct would be super helpful, as the documents all refer to each other and it gets complicated quite quickly.

Very easy to use. The training was good but unnecessary. It's a logical system that allows for flexibility and a wide array of options when sharing docs. We had no issues with implementation and several of us use the platform regularly. Customer Support was needed initially and they were great - we had one issue we needed help with and we had the answer in 3 hours.
