Thanks for the feedback on your experience with uploads as we have made significant improvements to speed and size of upload capabilities. As for storage, we provide a fixed fee compared to legacy providers offering per page pricing models which is very difficult if not impossible to predict. As for storage, there is a difference in storage for VDR providers vs telecommunications you may be referring to. Storage in transit and us, vs cell phone storage. What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

The most helpful aspect of Firmex is the customization. I am able to invite users and give them specific permissions for each folder. My firm uses Firmex regularly to share documents securely with certain groups of users. The site is easy to navigate, upload documents and search through. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use, organized in an easy to follow manner, and easy for clients to use as well. Drag and drop is key. Great customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

Sometimes can take a long time for fikes to load. Id dragging and drpping files from server, sometimes thay all don't upload. Hard to audit to be sure everything was transferred. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is essential for sharing information in negotiations, knowing at all times who is accessing and when and what is being consulted at any given moment. You never lose control or have doubts about the use that is made. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I miss two things. A configurable alert system to know immediately when someone accesses or reviews a document. And to be able to automate reports to be sent automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

Firmex is a spartan platform that is easy to use and intuitive. No bells and whistles, just straightforward application with easy to understand user interface.

Platform is very easy to use for hosts to set up, and clients and prospects have never complained to us about accessibility or have raised any technical problems to us.

I have not had to utilize customer support, the built-in help feature has been useful and solved what few issues I had.

I've used the Firmex site for multiples deals over the past 3.5 years and have enjoyed the platform, it is also significantly cheaper than other services such as intralinks, while accomplishing the same thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

No dislikes per se, but additional data could be interesting around users utilization (maybe ability to see exactly which files have been viewed / downloaded), but overall extremely useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Firmex Virtual Data Room?

I enjoy that it is very user friendly. Adding/ removing folders, restricting accesses to certain group/ people is very easy vs. other VDRs where it is almost impossible to figure out how to do this (it is not as simply as right clicking etc.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
