We could easily navigae through documents due to user friendly interface with much ease to add, delete, amend, redact etc. The intuitive interface is well developed for all transactional needs. Very easy to use. The training was good but unnecessary. It's a logical system that allows for flexibility and a wide array of options when sharing docs. We had no issues with implementation and several of us use the platform regularly. Customer Support was needed initially and they were great - we had one issue we needed help with and we had the answer in 3 hours.
