As for data tracking, we do offer a report that gives you the storage within the project if you are using us for a single transaction plan. We also have a site level report on project data if you are using us for the unlimited data room subscription plan.

Thanks for your feedback on the ease of use and UI experience with Firmex, always great to hear. As for the cost, we offer a fixed fee that we find to be mid level compared to legacy per page providers and lower cost options in the market. However, we offer a top tier product at that price point and therefore do over 20,000 data rooms a year which is the most in the VDR industry.

Our support team is award winning within the industry and an area within the VDR space we excel at compared to our competitors. As for in app excel edits, we are actively looking at improving our Viewer to render the ability to edit and view excel file formals within the platform. This feature is scheduled for Q1 of 2025.
