It is a pretty straightforward system once you have received training about it. For my position as a case advocate, I mainly use fireberry to document interactions with clients. I find fireberry very easy to work with and I like that you can be as specific as you want when writing notes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At first it can seem a little daunting but now after using it for over 7 months I really enjoy it and don't have many complaints. One thing that sticks out to me is that the 'note' function is not able to be edited once you have posted a note. I like that you can edit activity logs and I would prefer if I could edit notes as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Overall, I am really enjoying using Fireberry! It's a great way to keep our notes and interactions organized. It's also intuitive to use and fairly straightforward once you understand how it works. In particular, I like how there is a feature to "tag" a contact/the person you have been in touch with so that later we can search by that person and see which cases we have been involved with in the past. This is very important in our line of work because we tend to come in contact with the same rabbis, lawyers, mediators, etc. over time and it's important to have an institutional record of these different people so we can make connections, learn from past experiences, know to stay away from certain people or know we can trust them. There are a few things I would like to mention:
1. the agunot we work with send us files such as court orders, beit din decisions, etc. but there isn't a way to store many of the larger files. Because of this, we store these files in Google Drives which does have the storage capacity. So, it's a bit clunky to have to consult two different systems, but I also recognize that Fireberry is meant to be a CRM and not a storage system, though it would be nice to be able to have it all in one place and have increased storage capacity.
2. There are a few minor system tweaks that would be nice-it seems the default time stamp is in Israel time which can't be changed on our end, and it would be nice if there could be a feature in which the notes you are writing "save as you go" (similar to what happens when you work on a Google Doc) because it is frustrating to lose all the notes if your computer shuts down unexpectedly (before you've had a chance to save), or the tab closes, while you are in the middle of writing notes. If this is not possible, maybe there is a way that, if the system closes unexpectedly, there is an option to restore what was being worked on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The easy way to manage everything in the company in one place with the exact needs for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really missed that fireberry does not have built-in integration to whatsapp messages Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

That is is customizeable to really fit whatever you need. The ablilty to take notes in the tasks section keeps our cases well organized. We need to use Fireberry daily in our casework. It has optimised and streamlined our casework. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fireberry does not have cloud storage so we need to link to google drive for any storage needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What's most helpful is how much can be customized to suit the exact needs of our organization. I also really like the feature that enables us to create as many different "views" as we want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use many integrations between other websites and Fireberry in order to do things like automatically sync donations. It would be amazing if there were built in integrations between Fireberry and some of the large payment processors, such as Paypal and Stripe-- this would eliminate the need to outsource/figure out how to create integrations ourselves, which hasn't been so successful. I like how it is easy to use, and helps our team have one place to enter notes and relevant information. It is also helpful for staff members to read up on other people's notes whenever we need background information. I also appreciate how it helps me stay organized and keep track of my clients and programming. I use it multiple times a day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a feature to allow me to organize programming in the following way:
I run support programs that have different sessions, and I would love to be able to see all my notes in one place, divided by date. (without having to exit to another page).
While I can just write notes and dates of the groups under one page, I prefer not to since I also like to record who attends the groups, and that is different each time.
Happy to explain more. Thanks! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a singular platform where I can log case notes and look up contacts. It's mostly replaced what used to be accomplished by multiple documents and folders on a dropbox and google drive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have been using Fireberry as a CRM solution for my company's implementation services, and it has been a game-changer for our clients. Fireberry offers an easy to use plug and play customer relationships and autpomation system.
Fireberry has a very user-friendly interface, that makes onboarding easier for both our team and our clients.
We can tailor the CRM to suit the unique needs of each client, ensuring that their business processes are fully optimized.
Automation is at the core of our services, and Fireberry delivers. With a wide range of automation options, and an open API that has apps in Make and Zapier we can easily set up workflows that save time and boost productivity for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It may not be the perfect fit for every business.
It is best suited for teams of over 3 people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Fireberry is very customizable and we have been able to create modules to fit our exact needs. The technical support has been great and we have experienced very few errors or outages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The user interface is not so colorful and it can be difficult to search for specific information within a record. You also have to make sure to save your work - it is not autosaved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
